I fell in love with this adobe the first time I saw it. All of what is ''right'' in Tucson. A feeling of serenity and charm is what always invites me to come in and be at home. It is hard to imagine you are in the heart of the Catalina Foothills. The Living space is perfect for feeling spacious, yet once again, intimate. The kitchen is the kind where you sit in the breakfast room and end up not moving because the views of mountains are constantly changing. Saltillo blends beautifully with wood tiles and the bedrooms are spacious. However.. my favorite is the back patio, pool, and what I call an outdoor living room. Views? The entire Tucson Valley and city lights . You can tell, as a Tucson native this one speaks to me. Windows been replaced/ roof warranty
