The house is in close proximity to Park Mall and 24 Hour Fitness less than a 5 minute walk. The house is on the non-through section of 15th Street and very quiet. The lot is larger than normal and has nice neighbors on both sides and across the street. The house does not have a flat roof common to the central area of Tucson but a newer comp shingle peaked roof with a newer dual AC and Heater Unit.
