Blenman – Elm historic homes in Tucson

Blenman-Elm covers nearly a square mile of prime Midtown real estate near UofA as well as the hospital near downtown Tucson.

Homes in the historic district highlight 17 home styles popular from the 1920s to the 1950s, including many ranch homes inspired by Spanish Revival architecture. There are also many homes built by Tucson architect Josias Joesler.

In addition to the lovely homes, Blenman-Elm is home to the Arizona Inn, which dates back to the 1930s; and Blenman Elementary School, which opened in 1942.

Blenman-Elm is bordered to the north and south by Grant Road and Speedway Boulevard. North Country Club Road and Campbell Avenue form the borders to the east and west, respectively.
