Tucson, AZ has very interesting and very wonderful historic neighborhoods.  Armory Park is just such a neighborhood.  Talk about charm; Armory Park takes the cake.  There are currently a few wonderful properties for sale in Armory Park.  One must move quickly if they'd like to purchase an Armory Park property as the area is in high demand.  Just click on the "Search Tab" on my website, and type Armory Park, Armory Park Del Sol, and/or Armory Park Condos to see what's currently available in this beautiful and historic neighborhood in downtown Tucson, Arizona.  Here's what's currently available:  This is just one of the current residences currently for sale in historic Armory Park.

Armory Park was the first residential neighborhood in Tucson, AZ to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  This designation qualifies homeowners for significant tax breaks.  The neighborhood takes its name from the military plaza that used to be located in this area in the mid 19th century!

The neighborhood features wide avenues, and Queen Anne, Greek Revival, and Territorial styles predominate. The Carnegie Free Library, completed in 1901, is now home to the Tucson Children’s Museum.

Armory Park is close to all that downtown Tucson, AZ has to offer.  Restaurants, nightlife, theatre, and fun are everywhere.  Also, The University of Arizona is very close by.  This is an area where one can walk where they'd like to go unlike many areas in Tucson.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me 7 days a week including evenings to discuss real estate.  I'd love to tell you more about Armory Park and Tucson's other Historic Districts and/or wonderful parts of town.  There are great homes for sale to fit most budgets.
