The Sabino Vista neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona has a few different subdivisions within it that all reflect a classy, single family home vibe of older homes.  This area began developing in the 1970's. Sabino Vista is located in the larger region called The Catalina Foothills.  This area is considered upscale and boasts convenience to recreation areas, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.  Located on the North side of Tucson and nestled into the Santa Catalina Mountains (which rise to around 9000 feet) to the North, the Rincon Mountains to the South, and the Tucson valley to the South these well-kept properties sit on winding roads and rolling hills.

The fauna and flora in the area are mature and georgeous.  Full of Mesquite trees, Palo Verde trees, Eucalyptus trees, Palm trees, as well as various types of flowering Cacti and the stately Saguaro, Sabino Vista definately impresses.  In this area, wildlife is abundant.  There's nothing to be afraid of, just desert wildlife that is thrilling to see.

Most properties have garages, so street parking is negligable in this fantastic neighborhood.  Properties start in the low $200K's and go up to just under $1M. Homes have been trading around the $150 square foot price point. Smaller homes in this neighborhood are around 1700 sq ft and the bigger homes go up to around 7500 sq. ft. Most sit on around .5 acres, but some lots are significantly larger. Homes in this area have been appreciating rapidly over the last few years.  This is not a track home community.
